Short, because there are only a few things that matter.

Who can use it
Current MIT Bengaluru students with a working learner.manipal.edu
address, aged 18 or over. One account per person. The account is yours — do not share it or log in as somebody else.
Use your real name
Other students decide whether to pick you based on the name on the roster. Signing up under someone else's name, or a name meant to be mistaken for someone else's, gets the account removed.
What gets an account removed
- Impersonating another student, or signing up on someone else's behalf.
- Naming somebody in a pick as a joke, a dare, or on another person's behalf. A pick is supposed to mean something.
- Using a match to harass, threaten or pressure the other person.
- Automating, scraping or otherwise trying to extract the roster or work around the weekly pick limit.
- Publishing anything you learn here about who picked whom.
A match is an introduction, nothing more
A mutual match means both people picked each other. It is not consent to anything else. Either of you can leave it there, and neither owes the other a reply.
No guarantees
maheblr is run by students, free, and provided as-is. We do not promise it will be available, that emails will arrive, or that you will match with anyone. We may change or shut it down. If we shut it down, the data goes with it.
Ending it
Delete your account from Settings whenever you want. We may remove an account that breaks these rules, usually without warning where somebody else's safety is involved.
