    If they join and name you back, this week or in March, you both get an email at the same moment. Anything short of that stays invisible.

A one-sided pick never reaches the person you picked. Not a hint, not a number, not ever.

Only a two-way match turns into an email, and it reaches both of you at the same moment. No other student can see who you picked, and nothing in the app tells anyone they were picked. The one exception is the person who runs maheblr, who can read picks on an internal screen. We spell that out here.
